Has looked better. He still came into today with the 2nd worst OPS vs LHP in the NL. He's also 2nd best OPS vs RHP in the NL.

Couple things to think about, cardinals had better hitting pitchers than Pages, the lefty today is an opener, probably bring in a righty before Baez hits again ( Marmol, again clueless) . Baez hasn’t batted lead off in a long time, if ever. Baez is a rookie that strikes out a ton. Go ahead and defend Marmol’s decision to lead him off, but I sure wouldn’t want people thinking that I and Marmol think alike!
