I didn’t have a lot of issues with the bat flip. It’s where the game has gone. It was the showing up the birds on his trip around the bases I had issues with. Do your bat flip or whatever, then trot your donkey around the bases and then get back into your dugout and celebrate with your teammates.
PCA goes above and beyond what should tolerated by other teams.

Like it or not, everything a team beats the Cardinals, they are showing them up.

Less than a month ago, the Cardinals were up 15 runs, in Chicago they kept the pedal to the floor. Did that also hurt your feelings?

Haha funny take! Didn’t he direct his chest thumping towards his own dugout too? I think it’s disrespectful to taunt the other team’s dugout, but it’s more of a “team celebration” when a player directs his emotions towards his own teammates. Our guys do that a lot.
