Gray, May and Fitts

It will be interesting to see how their pitching results compare next season. To me, Gray sure didn't seem like an ace last season. Gray was fairly durable. But often didn't go deep into his starts.

I didn't say they didn't have talent. I just questioned your comparison of a steady 3.5-4.0 WAR player, whom you declared was in a decline, to an at best 1.3 WAR 2 years ago and an at best 0.3 WAR 2 years ago.

Just because someone is "younger" doesn't mean they're better. And just because someone has "talent", doesn't mean they're better. Seeing their upside or not seeing their upside still doesn't explain the comparison and why on earth is it "interesting". There's no sense to it....other than giving you a chance to parrot "Burley". With a little dustin off his previous skill set one of those pitchers May work out very well in 2026, and if the other Shoe Fitts into a solid 3 or 4 spot, it will be a good combination of decisions on Bloom's part with no gray area.
