Nope but this aint last year.
And I didn't say they were ever the reason they sucked, I said be the reason they don't suck.
Just as easy to question the leadership in the locker room.

Right, but last year they were excellent. Who cares about 3 games lol.
Just saying all they should be worried about right now is their own game.theograce wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 22:04 pmRight, but last year they were excellent. Who cares about 3 games lol.
It’s a culture. 2 guys or a couple leaders don’t change it
Really? I’d be worried about a lot more than that if I was a competitor. Not really, competitors worry about what they can control first, in my experience that is one of the main characteristics of elite competitors. I'm sure both guys are and will continue to do just that.theograce wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 22:18 pmReally? I’d be worried about a lot more than that if I was a competitor. Yes and I guarantee you if he had 1 point and was a -3 that is what he would be thinking about.theograce wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 22:22 pmYes really. You’re shifting and avoiding the point. Of course he takes responsibility for himself. But there are bodies of work and cultures … that go well beyond 3 games. You know that though.skilles wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 22:35 pmYes and I guarantee you if he had 1 point and was a -3 that is what he would be thinking about.theograce wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 22:22 pmYes really. I mean its my point so I don't think I am, the point (my point) is right now all those guys should be worried about is their own performance and I'm sure that is the case.theograce wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 22:38 pmYou’re shifting and avoiding the point. Elite athletes want to win more than anything. You know that too
Given their situations and durations is that humanly possible? I mean they are nice ideals, but that’s not the way humans work/function in these situations.skilles wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 22:42 pmI mean its my point so I don't think I am, the point (my point) is right now all those guys should be worried about is their own performance and I'm sure that is the case.theograce wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 22:38 pmYou’re shifting and avoiding the point. I don't give a (bleep) about Buffalo. My only interest is in the Blues doing well. I hope the Blues annihilate Buffalo.Backesdraft wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 07:39 am Another terrible start to the season. They played OK against the Avalanche yesterday but they just couldn’t up.
What changes will be made before the season is over? I heard on the NHL Network yesterday that both Dahlin and TT have said they want to see improvement this year or they’re going to be looking for a new place to play. Can’t imagine Buffalo would really want to trade either (regardless of return) but I can very much imagine a world where TT and Dahlin twist the arm of Adams and demand trades.
Just feel so bad for the Sabres fans. Talk about a fanbase that has earned the right to watch some winning hockey.
Right now? You bet it is, now come off season if they as individuals have great success but the team flops again then maybe they have a problem with it but right now 3 games into this season they had better be worried about what they control and I'm sure they are.theograce wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 22:44 pmGiven their situations and durations is that humanly possible? It’s Buffalo…so Kessel, a mid tier prospect and a 3rd round draft pick. We basically already gave them Ellis…so that’s a good haul for them.seattleblue wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 21:37 pmWho are you sending if this happens?Pierre McGuire wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 09:15 am I wonder if Army still has interest in Byram.
