Walker looks like baseball is some foreign sport to him.
Scott thinks he's a star but in reality, he sucks.
Nootbaar's most noteworthy action is falling off a rail and landing on IR.
Great work, John boy and Oli. You two dumb[ash] created this (bleep) show.

Bader had a .673 OPS his last year with the Cardinals. O’Neill
had a .715 OPS his last year with the Cardinals. Perhaps we have different definitions of a “legitimate bat”.

I don't think many would really think much was missed in his time with NYY, NYM, and Reds.
HB was very 2025 VS2 like. Nootbaar until 2025 always outhit him.
TO plays over 100 games x2 out of 8 seasons and gets a $50 million contract.
Balt error.IMO,
MO has made too many errors is an understatement especially in addressing the outfield.
Players outproducing VS2 and JW consist of most of the league to date.

How many times have the murderers row of Nootbaar, Scott and Walker hit 30 hrs? How many top 10 mvp seasons? How many Gold Gloves? O'Neill and Bader were hands-down better.Cranny wrote: ↑08 Oct 2025 12:20 pmJuanAgosto wrote: ↑08 Oct 2025 12:12 pmBader was and is more legitimate than Nootbaar, Scott and Walker. Re: Outfield
At this point, I would rather see Joshua Baez in RF over Walker. 20Hr would be nice out of RF. Not sure where the farm is going with outfield development. I would think Bloom and staf could come up with a plan to get better production.

Re: Outfield
O'Neill accomplished each of those feats. Bader won a Gold Glove. The current group that Mozeliak accumulated and Marmol trots out there couldn't sniff those totals.Cranny wrote: ↑08 Oct 2025 18:47 pmWhat does that have to do with “legitimate bats”?JuanAgosto wrote: ↑08 Oct 2025 16:18 pmHow many times have the murderers row of Nootbaar, Scott and Walker hit 30 hrs? I have memories of Cardinals baseball since the mid 70’s…..I can not remember a more inept, talentless, non-productive OF than what we’ve seen the last couple years here. It’s embarrassing and confusing how the what used to be the most athletic and talent positions could degraded so much and this organization not being able to find 3 athletes to position out there who don’t look like they should be in semi pro ball somewhereJuanAgosto wrote: ↑08 Oct 2025 19:19 pmHahahaha. They’re not making a bust of Bader for the HOF, but he’s better than any of the incumbent Cardinal outfielders. lol it’s hilarious that people were saying bader sucks when he was here and trade him then they get rid of him he goes on to suck elsewhere for several years then has a good season this season at age 31 and people are like bader is awesome shouldn’t have got rid of him bring him back lol just remember if they dump Scott or church they may have break out seasons at age 31 and you will be complaining how stupid the cardinals were for getting rid of themHazelwood72 wrote: ↑08 Oct 2025 22:16 pmThey’re not making a bust of Bader for the HOF, but he’s better than any of the incumbent Cardinal outfielders.
