can you honestly imagine David Perron if he also were 6'1" linebacker build and wanted to truck people ...
What if Perron was 1 inch taller, what would happen?
not sure 1 inch on his existing frame, but if he were taller and more built like a linebacker the way Carbonneau is and he played with the same Perron energy we saw then we likely would have seen more violence out there on the ice tbh
6'1 200 would be a small linebacker
You could have saved us the time by saying, "I think this is a bad comparison because they are essentially already equal" to which no that is not correct and your point, which I did originally take, was itself wrong and bad. Are we done now
Why so many new people want to be "edgy"?
I've got a growing "Foe" list. We'll see if they become worth a [shirt] once the season starts, but for now it's boring.

Perron was what 180 maybe less at 18 Perron played the PITA well but he also got his (donkey) concussed
Are you talking about Joe’s cheap shot? Lindros got concussed too. What are you trying to say?

Carbonneau is average NHL height & weight: I don't get the "linebacker" comparable (Perron is just slightly smaller)
He's not no linebacker, just a medium sized dude that plays hockey. He's not like Byfuglien, Reaves or Grier, etc.
Yeah, we're done now.
Lots of guys at 180-190 … so undersized? have played like linebackers and crushed 220+ pound men regularly. Lots goes into it…not just size

Seattleblue might understand.
As long as you do. I mean you didn’t understand Lucic doesn’t jump guys and throw punches. I mean now you get it…took work.
Perron might have been in the top couple of skilled forwards in the entire league in the PITA Trophy Voting.
He was at Ryan Suter's level of devious, and humiliatingly legal cheap shots.
I think Sundqvist learned a few things from him. He was a spectacular diver, when diving was absolutely called for.
I never saw anyone nullify more penalties with athleticism, dishonesty, and pluck.
Carbo has the build and attitude to play a more open and honest game.

Perron was a terrible diver…especially early on his career

Laughing still
You mean, you didn't understand that Lucic will punch opponents that deserve it out of nowhere trying to get them to drop the gloves and fight back (most willing combatants will fight back - like Bennett). You came up with some crazy scenario where he literally jumps on their backs and starts punching their lights out.

Took you awhile, but you finally understood.
