While it’d be nice to see Walker after hitting a HR yesterday I like that Oli is going full throttle and not sitting any of the good regulars when going for the sweep. Statistically this is the best offensive lineup we can put out there.

NA hitting 4th is not "full throttle." It's Marmol scratching his pathological OCD itch to see "L/R/L/R" on the lineup card.

what he mostly needs is to be put in the best situations to succeed and gain confidence. Oli is doing the right thing here.. much to the chagrin of many on here

I was thinking the same thing earlier when I saw Walker wasn't starting . Watch there is a situation in the top of the 8th with multiple runners on base and Oli pinch hits Walker for Burly ...gets RBI's and then in bottom of 8th he goes to RF as Noot scoots over the LF replacing Burly defensively.

Basically the exact scenario I had in mind. Maybe extras innings heroics.

Extra innings would be even more spectacular. Bases loaded grand slam ! OK getting carried away .. Rather win the game in 9 instead of going extra. One thing we won't see for sure .. No Cardinal can get a walk off game winner ! Visiting teams can't do that !
