Hofer (107th 2018) potential #1 goaler
Broberg (8th 2019) 23 yrs old Future stud #1 LHD
Holloway (14th 2020) 23 yrs old top line scorer

Dvorsky (10th 2023) franchise top 9 center

So none of these draft picks are worth buying a jersey and supporting during a youth movement? Not unless they are a top 3 pick? Army fast forwarded that process and saved the franchise a decade of quagmire they likely can't afford Laughably dumb premise good riddance
So what I learned in this farewell exercise is that it's not possible to leave when you are loved. I'm smarter than that. Why people are replying to my post is that they want to let me know that I was all wrong. They want to rub it in.

Game on.

There are 3 things that you are missing in your information above.

1) Is there any chance in the universe that the Blues do NOT have a player in the 1C spot? NOT in the Top 6 Power Forward spot? You have to have 6 players on the ice when they drop the puck at the start of each game I believe. For your homework, tell me how many teams have a better 1C and 2C than the Blues? Stanley Cups are won because you have better players than the other team, not because you have 4 lines of players.

2) Next up, let's discuss Holloway and Broberg... I loved the signings from the start. I'm really glad that they are on the team. It was a shrewd move by Army. However, those facts do not cloud the negative. What does the team look like without those 2 players?!!!! I ASK BECAUSE THAT IS THE STATE OF THE TEAM THAT ARMY HAS BUILT THE NORMAL WAY -- WITHOUT THE AID OF A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME BANK ROBBERY. If a bankrupt loser businessman robs a bank, do you call him a great business man because there is money in the bank now? It does not speak well of Army that his best 2 players were stolen from another team's bench. Holloway and Broberg being out provides GREAT VISIBILITY of the quality of the Blues scouting department and Army, and it ain't pretty, dear Blues Fans.

3) You provide no clear path forward for obtaining better players than other teams. I do. My plan: quit bringing in the Fowlers and let the team sink or swim by your young drafted players. That will result in a few less wins, and that will bring the NEXT DEMIDOV to St Louis for a change.

Honestly, I believe it's all a pathetic schtick. No real fan truly thinks this way. As someone else said, he's nothing more than an attention whore drama queen and I highly doubt he stays away from the board. He'll be back, most likely under another name spewing the same idiotic [nonsense].

Getting better players than all other teams wins the ultimate prize.

Look around the league at the young players only. Please compare the young Blues player in our system versus the young players elsewhere. Army is NOT WINNING the talent acquisition game. Show me a young player, and I'll show you 3 that are better who are now elsewhere. I love every one of our young guys, but we need to be truthful.

The best 2 young players that Army has on his team were drafted by another organization. Broberg and Holloway show us what is WRONG with Army much more than they tell us what is RIGHT with Army.

If the blues lose quickly in the playoffs he will be back here like this board is a 14 yr old and he is Jared from Subway. And why can’t these clowns just leave? I have an announcement …..

Good luck with the civil war though. I hope you have chosen your side wisely. I also hope you get hit by space debris.
Looks like you called it right George.

You should be embarrassed.

But that's impossible.

As long as they are entertaining and competitive, I'm good with it. 2019 Stanley Cup win was icing on the cake and one of my most memorable sports moments. I don't want to pay for season tickets year in and year out to see a lackluster bottom-feeder.

My hockey opinions represent me, and not 1 of my opinions has been embarrassed yet.

I don't comment on others for 2 reasons:

1) It's boring and no one wants to read it.

2) I realize that I am tugging at the jersey of a lot of fans who love the team like I do. I hate that I am doing that.

I wish people saw me in the right light. I want a better team for our city, and I don't like the way that Army is going about it.

Ah, "farewell exercise". Not a man of his word, I see.

OK, smarty-pants, who is going to win the Cup? Which team has the best players by draft pedigree?

Ovechkin was a #1 pick
Gretzky was essentially taken even before #1.

Does it bore you to know that St Louis will never get a player in his prime like that? Not ever. Not once.

And Washington has just as many Cups as we do even with Ovie. Gretzky’s Oilers were still in the WHA when he joined them.

These elderly incels never leave. You think this mutant pig fart has family or friends? I think he sits in front of his 389 buck tv that he had to finance watching Fox News all day eating pork rinds and drinking Dr Pepper while occasionally going to spots on you porn that would make everyone else cringe.

He couldn’t stay away. This board gives him reason to exist. Want proof? “Farewell”. Lasted what three weeks. But he’s purely trolling. He would have been here Tuesday if we lost. Now he’s starting in with “will only win a game”. Blues aren’t going to win the cup so he’s just teeing up the daily “told ya” threads as soon as they lose a series.

Foe him. Only reason I see his drivel is bc of quote feature.
