So what I learned in this farewell exercise is that it's not possible to leave when you are loved. I'm smarter than that. Why people are replying to my post is that they want to let me know that I was all wrong. They want to rub it in.Harry S Deals wrote: ↑17 Apr 2025 06:45 am Kyrou - (35th 2016) 26 yrs old, top line scorer

So none of these draft picks are worth buying a jersey and supporting during a youth movement? Not unless they are a top 3 pick? Army fast forwarded that process and saved the franchise a decade of quagmire they likely can't afford Laughably dumb premise good riddance
Game on.
There are 3 things that you are missing in your information above.
1) Is there any chance in the universe that the Blues do NOT have a player in the 1C spot? NOT in the Top 6 Power Forward spot? You have to have 6 players on the ice when they drop the puck at the start of each game I believe. For your homework, tell me how many teams have a better 1C and 2C than the Blues? Stanley Cups are won because you have better players than the other team, not because you have 4 lines of players.
2) Next up, let's discuss Holloway and Broberg... I loved the signings from the start. I'm really glad that they are on the team. It was a shrewd move by Army. However, those facts do not cloud the negative. What does the team look like without those 2 players?!!!! I ASK BECAUSE THAT IS THE STATE OF THE TEAM THAT ARMY HAS BUILT THE NORMAL WAY -- WITHOUT THE AID OF A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME BANK ROBBERY. If a bankrupt loser businessman robs a bank, do you call him a great business man because there is money in the bank now? It does not speak well of Army that his best 2 players were stolen from another team's bench. Holloway and Broberg being out provides GREAT VISIBILITY of the quality of the Blues scouting department and Army, and it ain't pretty, dear Blues Fans.
3) You provide no clear path forward for obtaining better players than other teams. I do. My plan: quit bringing in the Fowlers and let the team sink or swim by your young drafted players. That will result in a few less wins, and that will bring the NEXT DEMIDOV to St Louis for a change.
