With very limited options in St Louis other than chain grocery stores, the bread you eat is probably SH.
I miss foreign Artisan Rustic bread shops!

Always check the Ingredients list for High Carbs, lots of Sugar and a long list of (bleep) ingredients to avoid.
Some healthy ones, not artesian , but still check the ingredients as some options in these brands are not the healthiest .
Walmart & Others,--- Dave's Killer Bread® Powerseed® Organic
Trader Joes & Others --- Ezekiel sprouted Whole grain
Aldies --- Simply Nature, Seedtastic Organic
Add any you have found or good Artisan bread at Bread shops if there are any ?

I'll take bread from Marconi Bakery, Vitale's or Fazio's over any of the ones listed above.
