My son is getting me a Pit Boss pellet grill/smoker for Father’s Day.
A while back there was a thread about these smokers and several people recommended brands/types of pellets.
Does anybody recommend a brand of pellet that works well and is unlikely to clog the feeding auger?
Thanks.

Re: Wood Pellets for Grill
I have a Pit Boss and have used a couple different brands with no issues. The first bag was the Pit Boss brand. The 2nd bag I got at Ace Hardware and was called Smokey Woods. No issues with either one. I think any reputable brand would yield good results.Bomber1 wrote: ↑05 Jun 2025 16:37 pm My son is getting me a Pit Boss pellet grill/smoker for Father’s Day.
