STL fans only care about one thing,. Can we back into the playoffs and buy some playoff tickets?

Blues Ownership and Management only cares about one thing. Can we sell them playoff tickets?
How ironic you criticizing others for only caring about one thing. Are you always a hypocritical tool, or just when you troll on hockey forums?
Oh. i beg your pardon. What else do you care about? I hadnt heard!

What? Are you questioning the Army way?

Army absolutely needs desperate veterans fighting to stay in the league -- that have ZERO chance of staying with the club for more than a couple years -- to cover his A.

Yes, these old players do take the place of young prospects that should be playing, but they serve a great purpose. The paying customers don't care how far the team will ever go. They just want playoff tickets.
Please dont quote my posts, as a sometimes critic of Armstrong myself, even I see through your lame transparent schtick that has absolutely nothing to do with having legitimate back and forth discussions about the team, pro and con…and youve made it blatantly clear you’re all con, and I dont want your stanky stench assaulting my virtuous vulnerabilities. Thank you unkindly.

It's fine with me. The guy did some bad, bad stuff while also being a hockey player with lots of money, it happens. In my life, I made some bad decisions (without all the money), some folks do. There were years when I would have liked having him skate with our boys. He "was" a very noticeable presence. Minus the baggage off the ice, he paid his dues and I don't mind giving the guy a shot. No matter what, to have anything to do with this team, he still has to be a hockey player.

You bet. I won't quote you anymore. I don't care if you quote me or not. I let my words speak for themselves, and your words are your words.

I see that you couldn't deny what I said. Thanks.

At least he is a veteran presence in the room with all the young guys in camp. If nothing else he can teach them how to drink and how to keep their pimp hand strong.

Best case, we get a locker room vet who's willing to fight anyone, even his wife.
Tough but fair.

Are the Blues getting the 2010 version of Lucic though?

Narrator: They are not.

Well 2 years ago he had 20+ goals and 45 points. The last time Lucic did that was 2 years before the Blues won the Stanley Cup.

Bjugstad is an injury waiting to happen (again) and also slow x 2yrs ($3.5m total). Lucic is still tough as nails scary and would be at league mins for 1 season.

He says that Bjugstad is 33, not 37, and is now a full year+ recovered from back surgery so has a chance to bounce back a bit.

I didn't hear it myself, but someone posted in a Blues Facebook group that JR was on 101 today saying this is a very much for real opportunity, and Lucic is in the best shape of his life etc. That he has a real chance of making the team and they would instantly have one of the top few toughest guys in the league. Anyone hear this?
