Good point.
And I was the only person on the planet who correctly advised in the fall of 2022 (and the years which followed) that the Cardinals should trade him.
Said he would never be an effective MLB starter.
Said he was simply too slight of build and stature to make it.
I was, of course, correct.
The trick is to be free of bias, free of agenda, and free of personal investment.
Simply follow available facts to the most like outcome.
That is why my accuracy rate now stands at 96.91%.
Hence will be 24 in a couple of weeks.
Still young enough for another team to take a chance on his as organizational filler.
Wish him well.
Perhaps he shows up as a middle inning relief pitcher and gets to make it to the show - even if only briefly.
My advice to everyone else?

It's super easy to dispell those myths to be honest. All you need to do is find at least three predictions and you will see not only that he did not say what he claims he did, but that he was absolutely wrong the vast majority of the time. Instead of 96% accuracy rate it's like 96% innacurate. It's actually pretty comical when you read some of the predictions. They're so non-specific, it's like reading Nostradamus predictions.

Breaking news, man predicts prospect to fail, declares self genius after opinion potentially correct.

Didn't he also predict Herrera to fail? Gorman to succeed? That's just off the top of my head and it's 33%.

He Said cardinals should keep Donovan And Jo Jo because their trade values would be higher at the deadline said Matthew’s should have been traded in the offseason when his value was at its lowest said helsley should have been kept and extended for 5 years was wrong on when arenado would be traded 4 times before he finally right but if you say he’s going to be traded at every deadline and offseason eventually you will be right and was wrong about a thousand times on the unicorn. If you want to be right 90% of the time disagree with him on everything he will also be wrong on the cardinals trading for gray at the deadline

Yeah. He is slight of build. I was hoping for a Pedro Martinez, Ron Guidry, Roy Oswalt, kinda thing for him. But, far more high velo skinny guys don't make it than do. It's a physics thing.

Mootville (perfect branding) claims, without a link to back it up that he alone predicted Hence would never be an effective ML starter.

According to Baseball America, signed 2nd round picks make the majors approximately 50% of the time. Even fewer of those picks, assuming they're pitchers, will ever become effective ML starters.

So Mootville (perfect branding) your prediction, even if true, was hardly something that you and you alone predicted. In fact, your "claim" was simply choosing the obvious. In other words, nothing special and not really much of a prediction.

Keep breathing, keep lying.

What bothers you is not that I didn't say it.
What bothers you that you know full well that I did - and was the ONLY person saying it that early.
Which is unfortunate.
It is never about me.
Only and always about the game.
In this case, the game itself dictated the odds were against Hence from day one.
Making the outcome not just easy to predict, but nearly inevitable.

You were far from the only one. Baseball discussions exist beyond this board. I knew from the second I saw him that frame is not a starters frame that can log any sort of innings
"I knew from the second I saw him that frame is not a starters frame that can log any sort of innings".
If that claim is true - which being kind, gracious, and extending goodwill to all by nature, I choose to accept at face value - then you are to be congratulated for seeing the massive red flags which abounded.
