Peoria plays the worst 2nd half team in the MWL this week ~ Cedar Rapids Kernels.

Peoria holds the 3rd worst 2nd half record. They had a 5-1 record last week within grasp late Saturday night but the bullpen coughed up 5 runs, erasing a 3-1 lead...Peoria had to settle for 4-2 week, and 2 game losing streak.

Peoria is pretty good at home, but really bad on the road

so...we have the worst team in the league vs. one of the worst road teams in the league...something has to give.


Peoria has one of the most exciting lineups when they're healthy and not striking out, and one of the best rotations...their record should be much better...again...THE bullpen.

It's a shame that this team will probably miss out on the playoffs
