We Did Pretty Well

So far it seems like we did pretty well at the trade deadline last year.

We got Blaze Jordan for 2 months of Steven Matz. Blaze looks like he will be able to hit and has done better at 3B than I expected.

We got Mason Molina for 2 months of Phil Maton. Molina has progressed to AAA and looks like he will at least make it to the majors.

We got Jesus Baez for 2 months of Ryan Helsely. I hated this trade, but it seems like they knew what they were doing. They have cleaned up the rough edges on Baez and he now has the look of a dynamic player.

Looking forward to seeing what this week brings.

Yes, me tool They have to keep piling up prospects and eventually they will find a few diamonds in the rough. Nothing is a guarantee with prospects, and in my opinion you need as many as you can get. That way when a lot of them flop you still have the breakout few, who are the real deal.

Yeah. I think Clarke may be one of the best additions when all is said and done.
