He sure does have crazy, often very emotional opinions.

Who give a (bleep) what Dvorsky thinks. He is a paid NHL player who is 20 years old. In sports the best man wins. Teams are always looking for the next best thing. Everyone is replaceable. If Dvorsky is legit he will have a nice long career. If he's redundant or is average or not needed. He will be traded. All this stuff works itself out. Its pro sports. Not unique to any team.

Are you telling us the Blues got better?
Now... we have more and better centers ready to step in and thus allow the 20-year-old another year or so to hone his NHL Game?

What I'm telling you is this..

The Blues have made MAJOR MISTAKES at filling the 2C position most recently.
See Kevin Hayes and Dalibor Dvorsky.

Take that into consideration when judging whether McTavish is a solution or not.

Morals of the story:
1. Scouts/Personnel/Coaches that have made mistakes before are prone to making MORE MISTAKES in the future.
2. Teams that are DESPERATE to fill a failing key position are much more likely to make MORE MISTAKES in the future.
Your post is saying that anyone the blues draft or trade for will be bad because the blues chose to acquire or draft that player and they make bad decisions. So I ask again, why follow this team? If this is what you think you’re just driving yourself insane. And we all hate you so it’s not like you’ve found some community here or anything.
The BluesTalk community is a group of diehard fans that are willing to go down with this Blues Ship. They don't question anything. They don't want the truth. They just wave pom poms. I admire you all, and wish you well. I wish that I was one of you.

I, on the other hand, represent the true state of hockey in St Louis. My allegiance is to St. Louis, and the state of hockey here. You all hate me. So be it. I'm not working for you. I'm working for St Louis.

It's unfortunate that this town doesn't question the Blues. It would be insightful to know WHY THE BLUES HAVE AN ISSUE WITH DVORSKY. Based on their offseason moves, it is apparent.

Not one person in this organization ever claimed Kevin Hayes would be the 2C. That just never happened. Not sure why it continues to lie about this. Oh, I mean other than the fact that it lies about everything.

It certain that the Blues really only had 1 established top 6 C in Thomas and one potential in 20 yr old Dvorsky. It was an organizational weakness that they went out and hopefully rectified with McTavish and Lawrence. I think right now they know they needed someone with more certainty at 2C than Dvorsky would present at this time. For all we know 3 years from now, Dvorsky will have pushed McTavish out to the wing because Dvorsky is the superior 2C and Lawrence is a better option at 3C. We have good options now at position where we had few good ones other than playing a winger at C.

This is [nonsense]. Most here question the team regularly. You are the one that just bashes the team for everything. Maybe because the team pulled off a genius move that hurt the team you actually support and help solidify why most in the game believe Army is one of the best GMs.

That would be a good question for Steen.
Steen is excited as is Armstrong.
You can be excited and put him on the 3rd line. or even at wing. He will do what he's asked and I'm sure he will not complain about it.
The coach has lots of new toys. it will be fun to see how he deploys all these players. We will have to wait and see.

No reason to invent controversy. There is no controversy.
