Has all his offense been in LO position? Too early to draw conclusion.

And THAT is why it is always wise to avoid snap judgements based on small sample size.
Which is why I never do so.
Do I believe Lars The Human Sushi-baar will hit .167 for the year.
Of course not.
But, others here foolishly crowed about a single game.
My advice?

Did he say Gorman was?
Or is there some other reason that you (and others) have made a post irrelevant to the OP's topic?
Maybe confused about which thread you are in?
Being kind and gracious to a fault, I prefer not to speculate.
Harmless mistake.
This thread, according to the OP, is about Mootbaar.
Common courtesy dictates that we remain on topic, and I adjure you to do so.
Being kind, gracious, and possessing patience exceeding that of all saints, I will repeat it for your benefit:

I trust that is helpful.

Noot
.290 .392 .484 .876
149 OPS+
He's been great since his return
Last I looked he doesn't start Libby or Leahy's games, nor does he pitch out of the pen' which is where the teams losing has come from since his return.
I'm almost starting to think they should keep him but pretty sure he'll get dealt since he'll be in HIGH demand by any contending team.
Keep playing great Noot, that trade value just keeps going up!

If he keeps this up and shows teams he's now healthy, then he'll be in huge demand by many contending teams.Shady wrote: ↑27 Jun 2026 10:08 amNootbaar does appear to be solidifying his trade value.rockondlouie wrote: ↑27 Jun 2026 09:54 am Noot

Define Huge:) He would bring more than a bag of balls, but I doubt he brings some fabulous TOR SP pitching prospect or great reliever. He may bring a couple of lottery ticket pitchers, one of which may help in a couple of seasons, which is probably what Bloom would be after.rockondlouie wrote: ↑27 Jun 2026 10:28 amIf he keeps this up and shows teams he's now healthy, then he'll be in huge demand by many contending teams.Shady wrote: ↑27 Jun 2026 10:08 amNootbaar does appear to be solidifying his trade value.rockondlouie wrote: ↑27 Jun 2026 09:54 am Noot

Yeah, Noot won't garner you a whole lot. The real currency will be May and JoJo.bccardsfan wrote: ↑27 Jun 2026 10:33 amDefine Huge:) He would bring more than a bag of balls, but I doubt he brings some fabulous TOR SP pitching prospect or great reliever. Noot, as their 2nd/3rd OF'er, would be an upgrade for almost all of them sans a few.
"Bag of ball", c'mon bcc that's reserved for P. Pages types.
Of course he's NOT bring back a TOTR starter or closer for the pen'.
But the return certainly isn't going to be "lottery ticket", re: long shot at best prospects, again c'mon man that's what N. Gorman would bring.
For the record and just the FACTS, we're talking about a 28 year old career .752 OPS hitter w/a .343 OB% who's been a 10% above average major league hitter who after his heel surgery is now healthy.
That's NOT a player who brings back a "bag of balls" or "lotto ticket" prospects.
You've been reading Melville too much bcc, Noot brings back a solid return even in a solo deal.

His only contribution is whatever trade return Bloom can acquire.
The team will be better with his departure.
After all, they were a better team before he returned.
