He’s a real clown he hated gray said he was overpaid not worth the contract stupid signing every time he sucked on a road start or in the heat he would post about how much he sucked with laughing emojis the very second they traded gray he suddenly did a .180 said the contract was fair and he was a good pitcher posted after his good starts went mute on him after he went on the IL he’s a joke. I only regret I agreed with him on valazaquez should have made the team anything goldfan says is wrong 99% of the time but I agreed with him n that and was predictably wrong as a result. If you want to win a lot of money bet against whatever Goldfan says and you will win far far more than you lose.

Just wanted to clarify my position on the 9th last night:
Was it good having Saggese face Miller in the 9th? NO
But the only option was Prieto who while a LH bat would have been COLD coming in to face one of the best relievers in the game.
Neither a welcome choice! LOL
And while struggling Saggese actually had solid AB’s up until that spot.
The bench obviously needs strengthening.
Getting Noot back along with Urias off the IL is better while not ideal.
And I suppose Crooks and Baez could come into play down the line?

So you agree with me about the particular AB I detailed ……but acted like an idiot for several posts….
The goal is to win Baseball games. If stupid choices are made that impede winning baseball games then its justified to call it out on CARDSTALK
If that somehow affects you fragile mood…..don’t read it

1) My post this morning was for the posters I RESPECT and have regular intelligent dialogue with.
2) That does NOT include you!
3) For the record I felt Saggese was a better choice than Prieto at that moment. Not a great choice but neither option was!

The bench is woefully weak

Hopefully in a few weeks we have Noot & Urias back who......while not world beaters.....would be better than Saggese & Prieto!
