They challenged it and the strike was overturned but Miller battled back.. ? Maybe I missed something

Winn challenged and correctly overturned pitch 3. However, pitch 4 was also clearly a ball that wasn't challenged, likely because Winn thought it was too close to challenge. But since there's no longer a grey zone as is seen in MLB's tracker, that was clearly a ball. The bench would be able to tell this to a hitter. I'm sure the point is not to clog up gameplay but the more important part is to get the call right.
