Another good start by may should be 6 innings and 2 runs but pages can’t do the most basic thing a catcher needs to do and that’s catch the ball

May has pitched very well.
Deserves a better fate. Blooper special cost him 2.
Cards wasted opportunities early.
Can they rally again??

Saggase hit the heck out of two balls earlier. Its not like he's had bad at bats. There have been plenty of tgose tonight by the rest of the lineup. When the negative nancies get going on someone here they are relentless.

Ok....I know Herrera is going to catch twice a week,
But:
Is Pozo really that bad?????
His bat is clearly superior to Pages who is not exactly Molina/Bench/Pudge behind the plate!

lol yea that was him getting all of the ball a warning track fly out but hey if you love warning track power good for you

The pitching staff prefers pitching to Pages. Not sure exactly why.

Does anyone else see what the Cards see in Saggesse? Because I clearly don't.

He's replacement level at best. Why not give one of these stud prospects a shot?
