Will do. I love A1 and this has some similarities.

It's very reminiscent of A1 but a bit sweeter. And the unexpected heat from cayenne, serrano and poblano peppers. Not too hot but unmistakable. Can't wait to try in on a pepper jack grilled cheese.

Steak sauces, great for those who grill steak into shoe leather, but classier than ketchup

It's not a steak sauce, nor is it marketed as one. I first used it on a beef pot pie (meal of choice when I'm beat). Also plan to used it on grilled cheese. Also seems appropriate for beef or chicken destined for fajitas, or pork chop marinade, or mixed it with ground beef for burgers.

Anchovy paste is one of the new ingredients, interesting. Yet it's low sodium. They sell it at Ace Hardware. If I knew about it yesterday I might have bought it.

It should seem odd that anchovy paste would be at Ace Hardware, but then again, I’ve been to Ace Hardware…

I think they meant W Sauce, however, anchovies make a great axel grease and being low sodium it won't raise your tire pressures.

Another application for this fantastic concoction:
One of my decadent pleasures is Pimento cheese spread on rye toast sandwiches. This past weekend I made a batch and added a couple of tablespoons of W Sauce. Many recipes call for regular Worcestershire sauce and a dash of hot sauce (Frank's is my favorite). The W Sauce replaced the Worcestershire and Frank's.

So tell me and the other curious....
What motivates a deformed, mental patient like yourself to crawl out from under your rock every morning? Fresh insects or earthworms? Road kill? New garbage? You're a bit of a unique freak and I'd really like to know.

You like pimento spread. You might as well be on the Epstein list.

Life is more than HoHos and Twinkies. By the way more than 100, 000 pimento cheese sandwiches ate sold every year at The Masters golf tournament.

With the (bleep) quality of meat being sold in the grocery stores in the US, you better be putting something with flavor on the cardboard no matter what temp you grill to!

Bought a bottle of this.

Tried it yesterday as a dipping sauce for steak kabobs.

My wife who is always telling me she doesn’t like Worcestershire absolutely loved it.

I thought it was great, nice catch!
