Jordan has always been somewhat of a lottery ticket prospect who could go either way. He didn't do well in AAA last year. Then, he got a TON of ABs in ST, and stunk. However, he's showing his upside now. Let's see if he can keep it up before we rush to decisions. He's still a lottery ticket.

He did well at AAA until he was traded to the cardinals. Jordan has a lot going for him he can hit and doesn’t strike out much at all. His problem has been while he has plus power he is a bit like Jordan walker used to have and hits too many ground balls to tap into the plus power. He said he was working on increasing bat speed and angles in the offseason to bring his power back so if he has bettered his launch angle and starts hitting for power he could be a really good pick up especially since he doesn’t strike out much

He might be a good option at 3B vs a LH starting pitcher later in the season. Or a DH vs LHP when Herrera is catching. Jordan might be more of a power threat than Urias, Fermin and Saggese. Urias is a fine late inning defensive replacement at 3B. Fermin is a nice utility player and Saggese is probably still up with the Cardinals as SS insurance.
Might be more of a power threat than Urias, Fermin, and Saggese? I'm more of a power threat than these 3. They are not power threats.

Yes, and after Urias made a weak stab at a grounder that got thru the infield in the ninth vs LA 2d game, I'm not so sure his defense is that great, tbh.

Whatever he is, or isn't, he will be gone in 3 months.

Urias will be gone? Why 3 months?
