Depends exclusively on the manager, then the pen. Gotta go five to get a win. Leaves the pen four ish innings. Nightly.
One run games will all have ND for the starter.
I don’t see ten blowouts per pitcher.
Will Cardinals have a pitcher win more than 10 games?

I don’t see the offense being that bad! Absolutely it could be! A lot of things will need to go right, but I think at least some will!
A lot will depend on how Oli constructs the lineup. He has to put players in the right spots. Burleson, and Herrera have to be 3/4 in either order. Gorman, no higher than 5 most games. Wetherholt in the top 2. Whoever leads off or hits 2nd behind JJ has to be getting base. Oli cant put, say Scott, there and leave him there for over a month if he’s struggling. Same with Winn, or whoever.
Another issue is Pages. Oli loves him, but he is probably our weakest hitting option at catcher. Whether Herrera is able to catch well enough to stay behind the plate or not, There are better options than Pages on most days. Crooks is a highly rated defensive catcher, who has always been a good run producer in his career. He needs to be given the opportunity to show if he can continue to be that in the Majos.

Been saying I'm concerned about you, all this year.OldRed wrote: ↑02 Mar 2026 09:31 amAbout right for you two, when you can't make an intelligent response, go on the attack of the poster.
This keeps that concern alive.

I will guess Fitts and McGreevy. I think May will as well if he can stay healthy.

Fitts will go 14-9.

This is not exactly related, but I noticed it when looking at pitching win totals I noticed that Adrian Morejon won 13 games in relief last year in 73 innings. Talk about a vulture.

Could/would/should.
McGreevy.
Injury and Marmot elite game strategy will negate other possible 10 game winners.
