I suppose we could move Gorman but that leaves us pretty thin on the infield and we could end up rushing a kid who isn't ready.

Have a hunch with such a young team and Bloom having these new prospects going thru the system quickly in some cases that we will
here that 'rushing a kid who isn't ready ' for several players. Bloom is going to give more youngsters a shot sooner than previousl regime.
I would argue they didn't do Walker or Liberatore any favors rushing them.

Jo jo is still in play to be traded
and if not prior to the season , I could see Bloom /Oli using Jo Jo in many 9th inning appearances to showcase him in 'closer' role at times .. doing that to showcase him so possibly increasing his value at 'trade deadline ' time. He may not be a closer for acquiring team but if they saw him do well in pressure situations , it sure would enhance his value.. just a thought

Valid point. I forgot about him. I wouldn't give him away but if Bloom can get a legitimate prospect he might get traded.

I don’t know if there will be any more trades, but I would like to see Noot and JoJo moved. JoJo’s value is higher now than it will be later on, and Noot, well, I’ve just seen enough of him. His value won’t get much higher regardless of when they trade him, so move him now. Package the two of them together and get the best deal you can get.

If it happens, they it will be JoJo since Noot is still a ????

(Personally I'd keep JoJo, in a solo deal he brings back nothing but a long shot prospect)

If JoJo has a nice first half, he will bring a decent return at the DL

Of course. And thru games prior to trade deadline, even those
with a dire 62-100 season projection would have about 30 games with a lead entering the 9th. So ample games for Jo Jo in 9th.

Love to see them move JoJo if you could get another hi octane arm.
