Cijntje confirmed.
Snore. Typical Cardinals move to get a carnival freak show for marketing purposes.
What happens if he strictly throws with one arm?
He gets a better assessment

Do we not get anything from Tampa in this deal?
All we get is an undersized RHP?
I don't think anyone is reporting right now that this is the deal. Gotta believe that there's more to this deal. If Reis is saying that he knows the particulars of the deal and he's saying it's appropriate, exciting, and fun, there's no way it's just one guy.

Hoping there are additional pieces, this doesn’t sound like a great return if it’s just him.

He’s clearly the centerpiece, and that’s not a good thing.

And now he's saying that there's more to it than this, but that Cijntje is indeed part of the trade.

Yea bloom should have kept him if that’s the only return

Thanks a bunch Ronnie...keep those updates coming
get me a Comp Pick from Tampa while you're at it. Get me Summerhill too. Or Dickerson from Seattle
The Mariners are sending Ben Williamson to Tampa Bay and two prospects to St. Louis in the Brendan Donovan trade: switch-pitcher Jurrangelo Cijntje, the Mariners' 2024 first-round pick, and Tai Peete, a 2023 first-round pick, sources tell @RyanDivish and me.
