Golden Globes

The 'Ol Glaze Dog killed it with her monologue tonight...

Hometown girl doing STL proud, I think she's got this gig for the rest of her life if she wants it. Nice dig at talentless hack Bari Weiss, too (and she did it on her network).

She definitely seems like a natural hosting that show. Also liked the Spinal Tap references as tribute to Rob Reiner at the end.

Missed the show but love these gigs. They gave great acid wit :

While I normally don't pay much attention to awards shows the females in my house do. I happened to be in the room when the best actress in a TV drama was announced and all is now correct in the world because Rhea Seehorn won for Pluribus. This in some very small fashion makes up for the 6 or so cycles of both the Globes and the Emmy's where they ignored her in BCS.

Congrats to Rhea. Her speech was lovely BTW. She was legit shaking nervous but made sure to acknowledge everyone.
