Great response and 100% accurateJohn Cocktoastin wrote: ↑30 Dec 2025 17:18 pmThe thing is, he wasn't positioned there on accident. Sick goal, sure. But I’d prefer he stayed at the blueline

I also admitted that I could be wrong up to this point in another post earlier today.dhsux wrote: ↑30 Dec 2025 17:16 pmDid you not just oppose his selection in the draft but thought it was fool hardy?Rollin' on the River wrote: ↑30 Dec 2025 17:12 pmWorked out this time. So many posters on here were really ragging on this pick.
And yes, there's a long way to go to know how this ends up.

Correct. He did drop into the soft spot in the zone for the pass.John Cocktoastin wrote: ↑30 Dec 2025 17:18 pmThe thing is, he wasn't positioned there on accident. It was a good play. And an absolutely beautiful goal. I don’t know if I’d want him doing that all the time.
I’m glad it worked.

Re: Jiricek
Only problem I have with him is potential healthy issues...if that isn't the case then obviously a great pick...skill wasn't his concern, it was health

Its crazy what a healthy offseason and a few extra pounds can do for strength and confidence. Good for him. Looking for the goal vid now!

The Brantford Bulldogs roster has him at 6’3 185.Younghopp1991 wrote: ↑31 Dec 2025 17:10 pm Can someone remind me what he got his wait up to again? Iihf still listing 6ft2 167lbs
Which is still about 35 to 40 pounds less than what I’d like to see him play at

Much appreciated. I just assumed they would do a weigh in for the tourny. Thanks againRollin' on the River wrote: ↑31 Dec 2025 17:15 pmThe Brantford Bulldogs roster has him at 6’3 185.Younghopp1991 wrote: ↑31 Dec 2025 17:10 pm Can someone remind me what he got his wait up to again?
