No matter who it is, the OC will be running Drink’s offense. Drink is an offensive coach. That’s his background and that’s why he was hired. The new OC might add tweak or two, and he’ll call the plays, but they’ll be the plays and game plan that Drink wants.
I think he's looking for someone to make changes to the offense. We have got to create a passing game that uses the receivers talent and creates a downfield threat.

Agreed.

The fact that isn't obvious to his detractors here is maddening.
