Cuse, what kind of accountability should there be for someone stating the he doesn’t think Bloom will improve the team talent??

Yes, every job I took in my life was the first one offered. After 5 jobs, I am now up to $8 per hour. So glad, I took the first offers and never hesitated! Lol

Sorry I believe Bloom won't do anything but change names. no talent improvements just AAA players on the cheap. That's the message DeWitt sent the last 3 seasons, and it will continue just a bunch of hot air to get you to buy season tickets. As long as there's a 3 million draw same old ways it's working. Who hires a GM and makes him wait to learn from the guy he's replacing.

Well, the Cards just ponied up 20 million in the Gray trade purely for the purpose of obtaining higher quality prospects in return.

Don't recall a lot of that happening under the previous regime, at least not in the 20 million+ range.

We don’t know if Bloom is a puppet, YET. Give it time; we will see if he bends to Trey or if he has the ability to persuade and build something. My inclination is this he will bend, but let’s see. There are only 30 of these jobs in MLB, so you really can lose your voice fast so you can stay one of the 30. It’s what Mo did and not what Walt did.
