Okay, but Miami isn't good and he was in their milb at 27. He has to be on the 26 man roster.
he basically made in to triple a last year and was there full year and had decent but not elite numbers.. id thinm hed get a chance but because he is older and undrafzed, miami probably prioritized their more harolded prospects. teams do it all the time.

If he's even your 6th or 7th RP in the bullpen for 3-4 years, it's a meaningful win.

Worst case scenario we give him back to Miami but it's an indication of the position we are in that he is going to be on the opening day roster.
