Well. You can fire a coach but you cant fire a team. If they want to compete, they need better coaching and also better personnel. Which is easier to change in the season? Berube won them a cup. Monty turned them around last season and got them to the playoffs only 8.5 minutes away from the second round before they went into a defensive shell and quit pushing to win. It's the coach right now. He's lost the team. They aren't this bad.

I get that and you have a point, but there’s just no way the coaching staff doesn’t see what we’re all seeing.

My only conclusion is that they really don’t feel there’s better options.

Monty is not the guy. He couldn't coach this team last year to kill penalties or 5 on 6es. That kllled them vs. the Jets in the 1st round. And he's now killing them in every respect this year. He was fired by Boston, and now we know why.

And I agree with you but what changes? Something has to if they want to win. They are not in a rebuild, so either an overhaul with personnel or a coaching change needs to be made. Monty is a liability. It doesnt help that DA is a horrible GM. This team is in a terrible position.
