Pierre and I have been banging the drum of Kyrou to Ottawa for Brady.

Let's just get it done and let's get moving on with this team.

Kyrou wouldn’t go to Ottawa and no way Flyers trade Michkov this soon for Kyrou. Next

Now you can't say never, but yes I agree there's likely about a .9% chance he'd agree to a trade to Ottawa.

It was more tongue in cheek than anything. Wasn't being serious.

If he were to be traded the likely one is to LA for Kempe but only if we get a window to negotiate first.

I wouldn't care about an extension. If Kempe doesn't sign, shop in free agency.

Just unloading that Kryou contract is good enough.

Here come the trade proposals where we trade a player who is persona non grata (Kyrou) for players who are studs (Tkachuk). Welcome to the asylum.

I heard through the grapevine that Kyrou has had his fill of the Blues. He might wave. Isn't Ottawa close to where he grew up?

Glad you’re not the GM. Maybe you’re gonna go out and score goals when you give Kyrou away for nothing.

Somehow I don’t see Kyrou saying, “I’m Jordan Kyrou and I approve this trade”. Besides, Army would machine gun his own family before he traded Kyrou.

That’s a pretty stupid thing to say when we know army was shopping Kyrou this summer.

Brady T is exactly the kind of Alpha dog this team needs.
That gets my vote.

Whether or not he actually ever becomes available, but if word got leaked that he was and that he was willing to waive, there would be no limit of suitors for him.

he is a perennial 30 goal scorer with blazing fast speed and on a very reasonable contract. If there's a team that doesn't need him to be anymore than that, he could potentially take them to the next level.

If the Blues move on from Kyrou they better get much more than what most posters are asking for.

When a team has problems preventing goals, you don't get rid of a goal scorer.

The first two out the door should be Buch and Schenn. Older players whose contracts are only going to look worse as they age. I was at the game Saturday(first in 30 years actually since I live out of town) and have to say I was disappointed in Schenn. Couple times he was lazily skating back on D when he was caught behind the play. Not a good look for your captain not hustling back to make it 5v5.

Kyrou you need the skill and hope the effort comes with it. He's going to have more competition for top 6 minutes from Snugg and Carbonneau in the future so maybe that motivates him.

I agree that Buch should absolutely be shopped, but his value is likely negative right now. Kyrou at least has a somewhat positive value so that is why he'd be a logical choice.
