If I’m Kyrou I tell my agent talk to Army about finding somewhere for me to go. Tired of being the scapegoat for other issues in the organization.
That's what they're hoping will happen, it's not rocket science.
Addition by subtraction.
Second leading scorer on the team not getting the ice time. 6 goals in last 3 for the team. Yeah that makes sense bench him. Media and fanbase have made the guy the reason for losses since he’s been here.
Kyrou: always the victim, according to his booster club.
Kyrou: always the main problem, according to his haters. Thing is, he’s a 70 pt a year guy.
Oh ohhhhh wow 70 pts
best player I ever saw
never cost his team a game
true heart and soul player
what a guy WHAT A GUY
Far from the problem is all he’s saying I believe.
Yes he scores which is more than a lot of this roster does

"I've got no comment. He's not my coach anymore." the sequel might be heading our way soon.....
Kryrou 2 - This time it's emotionless
Berube’s run here had ended. Unfortunate, but that happens with most coaches. This time, Monty wins the battle and Kyrou will be gone……if it comes to that.

I disagree that he is far from the problem simply bc he puts up points. Kyrou is the core of the problem and the team’s identity issues.
Even if the Blues were winning the softness and selfishness he represents is one of the two main reasons the Blues cannot advance in the playoffs as constructed.
To be clear, scoring is obviously very important and Kyrou can do it probably better than anyone on the current roster. That’s not good and that doesn’t mean continue down this path that has almost zero chance of leading to glory.
I always find it interesting when coaches get run off when they're just saying what the next coach is going to say. If the coach's message is to play sound, structured hockey, then the problem is the player and he's the one that needs to go.

It's a LOT easier to fire a coach than it is to get rid of a player.

Late last year, some thought that Kyrou's contract would be considered a steal in a couple years. Doug Army was one of those fools.
Getting rid of Kryou is not the complete answer. We need to get rid of the guy that overvalued Kyrou and gave him the LT contract. As it turns out, it is the same guy that overvalued Buchnevich.
