The update I'm waiting to hear is that Snuggerud is back on the top powerplay.

Say what you want about his play away from puck, but taking him off PP1 is just an absolute head scratcher

Honestly I don't hate him in his proper role but the way Monty utilizes him is ridiculous.

Monty is playing him on the 3rd line because he knows Sunny will play the right way.

Pretty much every game- he gives you all he's got. Guys with more talent and speed not so much.

Agree. Two nice assists and +2 in 4 games with 13:58 ATOI, looking good after coming back from injury. Monty distributing playing time based on recent merit. Hard to argue based on what we've seen, plus the results.

Seems like a scorer, a grinder, and a defensively sound skater on each line.

Sunny takes a lot of kraaap around here for the all round player he is.

He's getting up there, too many penalties and yes he has always been injury prone but the guy lays it all on the line and one way or another seems to find his way up on the board more than a lot of others.

he's certainly not the problem right now.

I’ve been advocating for that recently too. And while Sundqvist had a couple assists last night I believe, he also missed the goal from 6 ft away last night on the PP early in the 3rd. I just think if you have 3 or 4 guys on D that can contribute to the PP you shouldn’t be throwing 4th line forwards out there, just because they’re forwards. I think Broberg is very underutilized by this staff. I’d even opine, he maybe should be a consideration in their SO lineup after what I saw last night.
