I dont mind DDs linemates really im baffled a little by Sunny on a top 6 RW but who knows by the end of the night how the mins shake out. Sunny has been decent but hes not an offensive player by any means.

So Dvorsky is centering two speedsters; one who can skate and literally do nothing else, the other tries way too hard and blows more opportunities than anyone else on the Blues. The perfect line would be Dvorsky between Snuggy and Holloway, that is the future of this team, not Joseph, not Kyrou.

At 5v5 right now the Blues are less of a Top 6 team and more of a Top 9 team. Those top 3 lines will get similar usage, with maybe line 1 getting a couple extra shifts.

These lines suck. Im really startin to question Monty and his strategies, lines, in game decisions, etc. Hope Im wrong. He also doesn’t seem to be able to motivate the team sufficiently either. I realize its a two way street and some of these players have gotten multiple coaches fired, but Monty is definitely worthy of criticism.

I like the speediness of the DD line.
I’m looking at Buch as the line killer like Kyrou was
A year or 2 ago. I think Suter plays fine. I would have played him with Holloway and Kyrou and Schenn on the 3rd line I think that’s better with less ice time for the aging Schenner-who started last game with a vengeance and whispered his way out in the third period with the rest of the squad


I hope the 4th line is the energy line when the others get funky. Bugjstad (who needs a short nickname) has looked better and better each last games so would love to see that flying with Walker and Torpo excel and score a couple while holding the Canucks off the score sheet
