What in the actual [fork] is happening with this team. Do we really need both sports team in this town to be abysmal? Ahhhhhh.
Only 2 weeks into the season and the team already has 4 bad losses.

Not a good feeling at all. These guys need a new leader on the ice. Schenn may be a bit too old at this point. No clue what you do about that though.

It just means your team doesn't have the talent.

All this does is take your skill out of much of the game. As they hold positions while their little hard worker plays his game with the puck along the boards. Hate saying it like this. But it's Dumb.
No, because the mucker/grinder looks for the more skilled guy on each line;

Sundqvist & Bjugstad look for Holloway
Suter & Walker look for Buchnevich
Schenn & Joseph look for Kyrou
Thomas, Neighbours & Snuggerud don't defer to anyone and shoot when they can

Need a defensively responsible guy on each line...good idea.
Defensive responsibility lasted for five minutes. After first pp. Holloway was back.(For two more goals)
Then back to defensive responsibility. To start the second. Detroit Then scores 5.

Not smart to make your speedy skilled player hold position on a wing, while your worker works.
While it may make one cheer for the board battlers or the net front guy. It takes the speed out of your goal guy. Which would also be apart of that players defense.
