Quite a few blocked shots already. PK doing a good job and team D overall is improved.

Good gravy, Snuggs picked off that pass and ripped one. I wouldn't want to be in front of one of his wristers.

I like seeing Bjugstad exhibiting his speed and throwing his body around like that at the end of the period. He seemed very....Hayes-like...in the pre-season, which had me worried, but if he can show some intensity then he could be good for us.

Very clear after that period that the Blues top 6 needs to consist of Schenn, Thomas, Snuggs, Neighbours, Holloway and Kyrou. Mix and match how you please, but leave them in the top 6. Glad to see Buch moved down. Maybe, just maybe, it gets him some better matchups and he shows a pulse.

Suter, Buch, and Joseph could make for a sneaky good 3rd line as well when the matchups work.

Bad puck luck hitting the knob on the goalie stick or that would have hit the back of the net, no doubt.

I agree, and it makes him the scoring winger on his line. Then he still plays special teams to keep his minutes up. He's good on the PK. I wonder if he knows it

Joseph-Suter-Buch could be effective - looks like bluetunehead beat me to it

Maybe being with "lesser" linemates he'll stop deferring and start shooting more. He thinks he can pass like Jaromir Jagr.

IF Buch is right; Suter/Buch would be a great combo to break in a rookie with.

Another nice tip in goal. I like that they're expanding their possibilities beyond wide open shots.

Edit: Wow, look at that goal by Neighbours. Nice bank in by Snuggs, and a nifty back hand pass from a hard working Thomas to find Jake trailing.
