Hofer's head was somewhere in the twilight zone last night. He knows it, the team knows it, the coach knows it,
the fans know it, and being on TNT much of the NHL hockey world knows it. That game was not lost in the first period, it was for all practical purposes lost in the second period.

Hofer should be embarrassed by his play last night. He takes to many unnecessary risks every time he plays the puck and he's not getting better about it. That pass to Buch was 3 feet out of Buchs reach and directly on the stick of the opponent with a wide open net right in front of him. Last night was on Hofer more than anyone else. Just a terrible performance all the way around.

Not much different than when a QB throws a pick 6 and there wasn't a receiver even close. The QB stares down the receiver that he thinks should have been where he threw to, and the receiver stares down the QB for not throwing to where he was....wide open.

Ya he plays at St Margaret Mary Alacoque in Oakville, any sport they offer he'll play lol. Also plays hockey for Meramec

I coach his baseball team, wife assistant coaches his soccer team, I think we might have to coach my daughters 1st grade soccer team next year.

O and I'm also getting roped in to be the VP of the Athletic Association ....all sports for our kids are free then? Looking at the positives lol

I got "roped" into a lot of things too when my kids — and me, for that matter – were young. Sure, it's a lot, but worth every time. Lots of positives, and I'm glad you're doing all of that.
