looking forward to seeing Broberg in these first seven games which are all in the West. We need a good start before we start playing the East for a couple months
Looking forward to him sticking up for himself. I care about that most
I know what you're saying. In hockey you need some bristle to your responses and as he fills out & gets confident he has to do that more. Parayko has come a ways on this too
Or basically what every single young player faces and must prove when they enter the league, especially if they are highly touted. Nothing new, been this way in hockey forever.

Princess is just trolling again….and sucking at it.

The irony here is beyond comprehension.

Not only never fought, but cheap shotted the hell out of players then would run for cover.

The Benn vid says it all. THAT"S who he is when confronted.

Broberg has more balz right now than Petro ever had.

No, the Benn video says it all. Every time I have seen him confront anyone, it is ALWAYS a smaller player or an outright attempt to hurt someone... ie Drai.

Confront someone? He confronts everyone. He rammed Benn’s head in a post. He crushed Benn into the bench in a playoff game. He psychologically chirped Benn hard…telling him he’s never won and is washed up…laughing at him.

He went after the best players in the NHL, which makes you public enemy number 1 for an entire team/fan base. He gives no fux and sacrifices everything.

Why do you think Armstrong sees him when he sees statues and picked him to lead the best hockey team in the World ol guy?

Think about that in your cliner lol

This reeks.
Pietrangelo was a 6 foot five wussie who skated to the refs with a helpless and earnest "But I'm the CAPTAIN": look every time he needed to defend himself. Then he learned to bushwack superstars and cripple them because... he could not stop them- legally.

Consistency in reasoning is never a bad thing.

You could, literally, WATCH Petro flinch....

I completely agree.
To this day, I have NEVER seen a player sit on top of another player and then use that players face to get up.
Most embarrassing captain moment of any Blue’s captain in the history of the franchise.
Making up stories about him won’t change the facts. Petro might be a 5 letter word….but they should just call him the other 5 letter word that starts with the letter “P”.
Petro is a kind of willow….

Even Pang was embarrassed.

When you target icons and the best players on teams … there is no running for cover lol. You become a target for every player. Everyone wants you

It’s like you don’t understand sport …

People who know hockey claiming Petro was anything but that are blind or biased. There are coountless videos and play backs showing his true colors.

I have one banned clown telling me he can not "run for cover" while I have literally watched him do it countless times. Let's see....what to do?

He was a talented hockey player....no HOF'er but good....and he never mixed it up.....on the contrary the guy played as soft as any defense man I have ever seen. And he was a cheap shot player....hit and run.

And to chide a young Broberg for some weird reason being "soft" while you lick the testicles of a run for cover player is just laughable. That's the point of my post....it actually has zero to do with Petro but everything to do with the banned loser who has for 10 years chosen this player to beat his own chest in the most kinky way imaginable.

It's been a creepy road watching all of it.

When you go after Kaprizov, McDavid, Draisaitl … you can just run for cover

It’s a creepy relationship between the troll and the other fellow…

Petro was an incredible pick pocket. He could skate into a corner with an opponent, at speed, and come away with the puck without creasing his sweater. THAT, was his super power.
He played incredibly SOFT minutes… and that is why he played so many of them. He never risked an injury to make a big play.
Nor would he stand up, vigorously, when challenged.
Likely the softest Captain in Blues history.
Wayne Gretzky included.

He might make the HOF. If he is done as of now, he might not.

To have the lack of perspective necessary to chide a kid defenseman for some rookie year tentativeness while you won’t/cant even admit that Petro’(poop) on Drai was criminal and cowardly… is astounding.
Lack of hockey smarts?
Blinded by the memory of that glorious cup winning goal?
A lack of something else?
It does not scan -matter what one’s SAT score was.
