Armchair predicted 31 points because we went up against an SEC defense.
Mizzou was 6-6 in the red zone
And he still is harping on leaving points on the board.
2 things:
1. I was almost right on.
2. At least I made a score prediction
You are not good at trolling sports. You just don’t understand it. Go troll music or movies or something.
Help me understand.
What are the expected points for a team starting at their own one yard line?
Then tell me the odds of a team scoring a TD on that drive.
And finally, what are the odds of the same team doing that in three of their first four games.
Since I'm not looking for the opinion of a middle school PE teacher who organizes kick ball and dodge ball games, let me know when you have some hard facts.
There's a huge difference between "enjoying" a debate and actually knowing how one works.
Well none of that is true, but rest assured I have WAY more background than you do.
And here is what I posted in another thread and is what Drink agrees with:
In our 2 “real games” vs KU and SC:
Us:
Vs KU: 595 Total Yards - 42 pts
Vs SC: 458 Total Yards - 29 pts
Total: 1,053 Total Yards - 71 pts
Them:
KU: 254 Total Yards - 31 pts
SC: 293 Total Yards - 20 pts
Total: 547 Total Yards - 51 pts
This shows Drink’s concern. With that kind of domination, the scores should be more lopsided.
Again, we’re winning and that’s good. But hard to be a championship team not maximizing in all aspects.
This year’s team has the talent to be a championship team.
