The Big Three Saturday games in the SEC

A bit of trivia:
Those fairly amusing Dr. Pepper tv ads, situated in Fansville, feature Sheriff Brian Bosworth, All-american linebacker and first round draft pick from Oklahoma.

Yeah, I'll never forget the moment where the Boz was drilled into Nowheresville by Bo Jackson. One of my favorite NFL moments.

I'm sure Manning will be fine and playing in Columbus isn't ideal but he didn't look at all comfortable until the 4th quarter.

Seemed to be very unsettled in the pocket and forced some bad throws into coverage.

He threw 2 terrible passes in that final series of downs -- one into the ground and one way behind Wingo, who was wide open on a crossing route.

And on 4th and 3 earlier in the quarter in the red zone, he had Wingo wide open on a slant and chose to throw a low percentage pass into the boundary in the EZ. Incomplete. Wingo would've walked into the EZ.

He largely sucked outside of a few nice passes.

Sark didn't help with a super conservative game plan. He should've taken more chances early, let Manning wing it and try to work out the kinks. The talent of Wingo was absolutely wasted today.

Hard to say how our O line stacks up vs FSU, but I feel good about our QB giving Bama trouble. They don’t seem to defend a good dual threat QB very well.

We also need to remember: Nick Saban isn’t coaching Alabama. They’re good, but this is not one of the Nick Saban coached juggernauts we always struggled to compete with. They look like they have issues today.

Agreed. Early on, their O-line looked awesome, on running plays but on the pass, FSU is chasing him all over.

DeBoer will not make it through the season as the HC. Bama 65yds rushing and FSU 230yds rushing. He totally lost how Bama wins championships and that is dominating the line scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

I guess Castellanos was right when he said pregame that "they don't have Nick Saban to save them."

Yards rushing were 230 for FSU and 74 for Bama. Beaten up in the trenches.

He was better no one said he was perfect, far from it.

He'll learn from it and be fine.

Too many people believe all the hype and are quick to criticize.

He wasn't going to OSU first game of the season and light the world on fire. I sure wasn't looking for a highlight reel performance.

His offensive line wasn't great at protection and he had happy feet as a result.

He didn't play well as a result. No argument there.
