Ah, I see how you worded it a now…purposely worded in that precise way to frame it in a way that fits your agenda. Yes, he’s scored 4 goals in those 2 games. Interesting how you cut out and didn’t respond to the rest of my post where I called out your cr@p.
My agenda because you read something wrong? He has scored a goal in 2 games over his playoff career.

The rest of my (bleep)? He’s been a poor playoff performer imo. He’s not a driver and has been a peripheral player. Sorry my opinion upsets you. Appears more you’re the one with an agenda when you get upset.

It was a set play with Thomas skating out for a pass. Wish I could find the video, but that's how I remembered it. Yes, Buchnevich should've recognized the breakdown, but there's lots of blame to go around. And there's lots of other reasons the Blues loss that game. I just hope they learn from it.

It is your usual dishonesty, cowardice in the face of hard truths, and utter lack of on ice experience that is like slow poison to most all of us here.

You are the imbecile that would not stop fapping about Petro's SC winning goal... until it was pointed out to you that he was awarded that "honor" by screening Binner in the third period and spoiling his Game Seven SHUTOUT.

God... you are a piece of ugly work.

I point out that Bolduc had NO Goals , and only a single assist in seven High Scoring games and you try to change it to be about Buchnevich and his goal scoring.

I D I O T

I was talking about assists and goals and you pussified your response, as is you wont, to avoid Buch's TEAM LEADING POINT TOTALS IN THE PLAYOFFS SINCE HE HAS BEEN IN THE BLUENOTE.

Every time you post here, the Board gets dumber.

Take the gas pipe, will ya?
The ability of Theo to twist the narrative, manipulate the data and pivot the topic (in this case about Mailloux) for practically a whole thread is only topped by his rumormongering and pitiful name-dropping attempts to be viewed important.

pretty well said. it's a bummer that people can't see past their agendas. If buchy is a bad playoff performer, as presented by my stats. Then that means every Blues player is a bad playoff performer. Because he's at the top of our production from our forward group. There isn't anyone doing it better.

Buch's playoff numbers:

Total: 27 games, 20 pts

w/ Blues:
2022: 12 games, 11 points, 9 even strength assists, 22 shots on goal, ATOI 18:55, 55% on 9 FOs, 9 blocks, 23 hits, 24.2min shorthanded time on ice
2025: 7 games, 8 points, 3 even strength assists, 14 shots on goal, ATOI 20:35, 50% on 2 FOs, 4 blocks, 14 hits, 11.1min shorthanded time on ice, scored a hat trick

Bolduc's playoff numbers:
7 games, 1 assist (even strength), 7 shots on goal out of 22 shots attempted, 13:17 ATOI, 0% faceoffs on one attempt, 2 blocks, 19 hits, 0 shorthanded time

Early numbers are similar in some ways, so perhaps Bolduc can one day be as good as Buch became when he matured.

Interestingly, Bolduc was sort of playing a Blais role in these past playoffs. Hitting, being a pest, taking bad penalties... Not quite as good as Blais was in 2019, but he's not supposed to be that player anyways. It's interesting because we acquired Buch for Blais and a 2nd, and I do not think Blais and a 2nd gets us Mailloux or Bolduc this past offseason.

Someone else already pointed this out, but buchnevich has 19 points in 19 playoff games as a blue. That’s not a “poor playoff performer.” Stats aren’t everything, but surely they count for something when we’re judging a players performance, right?

Yep, puck came to Buch he had Thomas in the neutral zone literally all Buchy had to do was chip the puck ANYWHERE in the neutral zone and the game is ended. Also true there were Jets buzzing around near him if Buchy does not clear the zone by attempting a pretty play we are still upset.
Also give the Jets some props that tip play was pretty sweet, "thats how baseball go"

They mean a lot, especially when you move them around multiple different ways and they still say the same thing. If your goal is to put up points, Buchy gets you points. He did it in 12 of 19 games, he got 19 in 19. so that means 2 out of 3 games in the playoffs, Buchy is going to register a point. And a few of those games, he's going to multi point it. Now that's of course in a Blues uniform. Nobody else on the roster is doing the same thing from an offensive standpoint. So if he's the best at it on a roster, what does that tell you?

Just to give everyone a heads up, minimum 50 games played there were 9 guys who registered a PPG prior to this playoff (can't find the stat that includes this seasons.) Those guys were Mcdavid, Draisitl, Mackinnon, Rantanen, Kucherovc, Makar, Pastrnak, Point, Guentzel. After that it was below a point a game. I think I will take PPG production from our lowly Buchy in a Blues uniform. And if you want to take his career, its still .74 ppg which is just a tick under his career .77 during the regular season.

Buchy as a Blue. .90PPG during regular season. 1PPG during playoffs. Best performer we have had since acquiring him. FACTS.

This is a constant theme with him over the years....can't count the agendas he has had with so many Blues players.....many lasting years.

Good to see everyone so wide awake in the afternoon.

Nope, that would mean I care enough to want to break him. He's not worth the mental energy. He's been banned more times than Lenny Bruce and the Sex Pistols combined. He has multiple accounts and has been caught multiple times when he slips up talking to himself. He has no self awareness and has no concept of shame, he doesn't feel bad when caught. Total sociopath. Hes an energy vampire and and outrage generator. Putting him on ignore and keeping it makes this place more enjoyable. It's not easy, he's an engagement machine. Just 'Foe" it and forget it.
