With the exception of Pujols in 22, it seems like every player under this regime becomes progressively worse as each season carries on.

Herrera is just the latest victim as he's now barely above league average. That MOTO bat pipe dream sure was fun while it lasted.

Hey, we'll always have April through June 29th. If they gave out awards for half seasons, Cards would be elite. Too bad the only half they excel at is the one that doesn't matter as much.

what does the regime have to do with this? he hit earlier in the year under them, why not now?

time to start putting the onus on the players
