A good cast (Including It Girl Sydney Sweeney--dressed WAY down) can't save a screenplay constructed out of circa 1990s dark comedy crime movie clichés. I guess people still watch Pulp Fiction and Fargo and think "that doesn't look so hard."

It is.

(For a more entertaining take on this genre, I recommend 2024's Last Stop in Yuma County.)
