His back is certainly becoming an issue.
And those types of injuries can often become chronic.
And back surgery is tricky/risky. Everyone I know who has had it has wound up worse!

Not me. Surgery solved all the issues I was having. Now, age is another issue entirely.

Well that is great news!
My limited experience was having 3 friends go through it and they struggled big time.
