Rockies are almost .500 for the month of June sitting at 7-8. 5 of their 7 wins this month have come vs the Marlins and Nats who are a combined 59-85. Still, it’s been a good month for the Rockies. Their first 2 winning streaks of 2025 have come in this month.

UPDATE 7/7
Rockies today: 21-69 .233
'24 White Sox: 121 losses
'16 Athletics .235 win percentage
Rockies pace: 38-124
Rockies remaining pace to match loss record: 20-52 .278
Rockies remaining pace to match win percentage record: 17-55 .236
Record if they play .500 ball the rest of the way: 57-105 .364
Record required to avoid 100 losses: 42-30 .583 (94 win pace)

In June, the Rockies improved from historically bad to just really bad, and they remained really bad through July. Of course, really bad teams seem to take series from the Cardinals but that's another thread. At the time of this writing, they'd have to lose 12 in a row to get back to a winning percentage worse than the 1916 Athletics. Still, I've updated the above.BrummerStealsHome wrote: ↑10 May 2025 18:54 pm The '24 White Sox set a record for most losses in a season (modern era, beginning in 1900). Rockies today: 28-80 .259
'24 White Sox: 121 losses
'16 Athletics .235 win percentage
Rockies pace: 42-120
Rockies remaining pace to match loss record: 13-41 .241
Rockies remaining pace to match win percentage record: 10-44 .185

The Rockies are losing big as I type this, which will be their 81st loss, guaranteeing a non-winning season. On August friggin' first.
