nobody knows or will know until a couple of years passes and anyone who says otherwise is full of it..period

It was 2 months of three relief pitchers, one of which is pretty mediocre, in a season where the team is not going anywhere.
Anything they got at all for Matz was a good return.
Anything they got above a QO draft pick for Helsley was a good return... which they probably got 2x the value of a QO pick out of those three prospects.
Maton's probably the only one that Mo coulda gotten more on, considering he was a top 10 reliever on the market. But still it's one lottery ticket per month of relief pitching he was going to give the team, so [shruggie emoji]. Plus there's the outside chance these are pitchers that they actually liked for some toolsy reason and they become something useful.
