Same thing when cards years ago repeatedly forced a second lH reliever on roster that was a nobody that stunk. Being LH didnt make them useful or better.blackinkbiz wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 12:52 pmThe RH/LH matchup is vastly overplayed by far too many MLB managers/GMs. If you're overall average is .167 is doesn't matter what side of the plate you hit from because you simply can't hit MLB pitching.12xu wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 12:47 pmI agree the Cardinals lack a decent RHH OF.scoutyjones2 wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 12:44 pmSo? I looked at the full month. How does it make my claim any different if it was 12 games in 11 days?12xu wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 12:35 pmYou had stated that the Cardinals had 14 games in 13 days, and that was not true.scoutyjones2 wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 12:32 pmHow so? My stance is the Cards lack any RH OFer to play a bench roll and they had a truly heavy schedule in June.12xu wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 12:29 pmIt's like you were wrong and cannot accept it, pal.scoutyjones2 wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 12:23 pmHoly [fork], their lone day off...how many did they play over the prior 15 days12xu wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 12:17 pmToday's game is only the 12th game in 11 consecutive days for the Cardinals. it's like you don't realize how many games vs days off they had in June! How many doubleheaders too
Where am I wrong? Tell me...because just saying it, doesn't make it true.
Who is this RH OFer they have that fits that roll? Please...I'm all ears.![]()
Players gotta get some rest in either scenario and who is the RH OFer that fits that roll. Why can no one answer that?![]()
As usual, scouty, you miss the point. You call people morans, even when it is you that made an incorrect statement.
I'd much rather see Nathan Church get his first shot up here he's RAKING in Memphis.

Tom Hamilton: down 5 seems mammoth in the 7th
Hopefully he is right
Send Libby back out there but start the bullpen warming
at least loosening and stretching

Not one Cardinal, in the lineup today, carries an OPS at or above 800
