Seguin and Duchene have a rich history of not doing a lot in the postseason.
Yes but Seguin was a Top 2 pick and Duchene was a Top 3 pick. A lot of what gets drooled out multiple times daily is that should pretty much guarantee a Cup.
And weirdly neither was drafted by Dallas, which I’ve been told is the only way to get those guys.
There are some seriously bad echoes in here. Loud, self-initiated, and they distort the message.

My goal for the Blues is a TOP5 pick that is way too valuable to ever trade away. Examples: Ovechkin, Crosby, and the other players on each of the 4 remaining playoff teams.

McDavid and Draisitl do not equal Seguin and Duchene and Schenn.

McDavid is just unreal, despite every team he plays against keying on him and Draisaitl.

However, if the Oilers meet the Panthers for the Cup, it may be a repeat of last season's Final. Edmonton's supporting cast has to be at their best, and Evander Kane has to avoid stupid penalties if they're to make a serious run to bring THEIR Cup back to its rightful owner: Canada.
Good comp, Clark.
Orr played the game on a level no one had seen before...or likely even imagined. Watching a player with McDavid's size and skill and brains operate with that same unimaginable speed advantage that Orr unveiled is like rereading a fairy tale which enchanted you as a Child.

Either one of those two could take over games, by themselves.

Duchene's contract is about right on worth.

Benn = dirty. Almost Marchand level.

Kane is dirty too, but dumber with penalties. He annoys me.

Robertson is a bit of a surprise right now.

Johnston is being owned.

I expected Dallas to have the edge in this series, but it looks like the Oil have their number. We'll see.

Johnston has to be really disappointing to the what the Stars hoped for.

I'm assuming Robertson is injured and no where near his capacity.

Pretty much a must win for them on the road to get things even NOW and have a shot.
