And Arizona doesn't return to STL again this regular season. All that being said, it seems wise to do what they can to get this one in, though it may take a few more hours.
Yea. I worry a delay will cost Gray especially if he’s dealing. Also rainy days seem to always find injury.

When I saw the title and who the OP was, I thought this was gonna be Beatle-related.

Louisiana rain. Soaking thru my shoes. I will never be the same. When I get to baton rouge.
Kentucky rain keeps pouring down
And up ahead's another town that I'll go walking through
With the rain in my shoes (rain in my shoes)
Searching for you

Yea I’m worried about a delay removal of gray if he’s dealing.

Should've moved the game up last night to an 11am start?

I've been noticing teams doing this (changing game times to beat the rain) all over MLB this season.

Smart move would be to use an opener, Graceffo

Is this just going to be a run of the mill rain day or is this going to be a you rolling up your sleeves and warning of us of bowling ball sized hail and EF9 tornados kind of day where you constantly interrupt the sporting event being broadcast?

The weather app on my phone says spot showers off and on a decent part of the day. These guys are pros and I don't think the weather phases them. I'm sure AZ would prefer to get this game in. Assuming it is their only trip here this year and they don't want to have to take some random detour in mid-August on a Monday or Thursday to come make up one game.

Ha. Funny. My buddies call me Cantore. You make good points. Reference travel, especially late season if both teams are relevant.
In Italian, “Cantore” = “Singer.”
